Website Returns Policy

For jewellery purchased online at we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or refund provided that your purchase is returned to us within 14-days, in its original condition, unworn, in its original box, security tag attached and sales receipt enclosed. All internet orders are delivered to you with an Andrew Scott Designer Jewellery security tag attached. The security tag must not be removed and be fully intact when you return any item to entitle you to an exchange or refund. We are sorry but we cannot offer exchange or refunds on Gift Cards or items that have been specially made to order or personalised to your requirements. (i.e. finger size altered, engraved, etc). If you received a free gift with your purchase, you must return the free gift to be entitled to a refund. Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

How to return your Internet order for an exchange or refund

Please post all returns to our Returns Centre - unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for exchange or refund at our stores at present. We aim to process returns 48 hours upon receipt at our Returns Centre. We will email you when we receive your return and keep you informed of progress via email.

How to post your return to the Returns Centre

You will need to pay for postage to return your item to us. For your protection, we recommend that you send your return via a secure and traceable courier who can insure your parcel for loss in transit (i.e. via Royal Mail Special Delivery). Please note that you are responsible for returning the item to us and we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting and keep it safe.
To post your return to the Returns Centre, please:
1. Complete the Returns Form - you can open the Returns Form by Clicking Here
2. It would be very helpful to us if you could let us know the reason for your return from the examples on the Returns Form and advise us whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
3. Please make sure that you carefully and securely pack the item in the original Andrew Scott branded box and check that the security tag has not been removed and is still fully intact. Unfortunately you are not entitled to an exchange or refund if this has been removed.

How are refunds calculated?

Items returned because they are faulty
If you are returning an item because it is faulty we will refund the price paid for the goods and your costs of returning it to us. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
Items returned within the 14-day period.
If you are returning your purchase within the 14-day period and there has been no error on our part we will refund the price paid for the goods to you. We check all items returned during the 14-day cooling-off period. In the event we find that the goods are not in their original condition, worn or if the security tag has been removed, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
