Gift Card Terms & Conditions

No change or refunds will be given when a sales transaction is for an amount less than the balance on the card but the balance may be applied to future purchases.

The card may be used for payment of goods of a higher price than the current card balance, on payment of the difference.

The card cannot be exchanged for Cash or used as a deposit on a credit agreement.

Any payment credited to the card which is subsequently dishonoured will result in the credit being revoked.

If the card is not used for a consecutive period of 24 months the card will automatically expire and any remaining balance will be deducted.

If the card shows a zero balance and there are no card transactions for 180 days it will automatically expire at the end of the 180 day period. Lost, Stolen or Damaged cards cannot be replaced so please look after this card just like cash.

We cannot accept responsibility if your card is lost, stolen or damaged. It will not be replaced or its value refunded under any of these circumstances.

Andrew Scott Designer Jewellery is not responsible for funds used without your knowledge.

This card cannot be resold and cannot be exchanged for cash; the card will not be honoured if sold.

This card is not a cheque guarantee, debit or credit card. Andrew Scott Designer Jewellery reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or discontinue the card at any time.
